RETURN POLICY: Returns must be requested via email within 10 days. We refuse the right to return certain items. Only items in original packaging will be considered for return. No returns on chocolate molds, hard candy molds, edible items, chocolate, chocolate transfer sheets, etc. We do not refund shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Please factor this into your expected time of arrival. We do reserve the right to hold orders which contain back-ordered items if we feel we can obtain those items within 14 business days. We do our best to get orders processed sooner and most of the time are able to. Once your order is shipped our system will send you an order tracking number that you may use to track your package on UPS.com or USPS.com. We are not responsible for packages left at unattended locations. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship to international destinations. Please contact us for a quote.
